Delivery & Returns
Cost
Our standard postage price is £9.99 per order going to the same address. This price is per order, not per canvas. Therefore, for orders of more than one canvas, the delivery price is still only £9.99.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your canvas the next working day using a 24 - 48 hour courier service. Therefore, you can expect your canvas to be delivered within 3 working days.
Packaging
Ensuring your canvas reaches you in perfect condition is important to us. We first wrap your canvas in bubble wrap and then add thick protective cardboard shell to ensure that it is not damaged during transit and arrives with you in pristine condition.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your canvas does become damaged during transit, or should you not be happy with it for any other reason, please return it to us within 14 days and call or email us to inform us why you are returning it. We will then either replace it or refund you, to your preference, once we have received the returned canvas. Should there be a fault with the canvas that is our fault, we will reimburse you the full cost of returning the order.
