Do you delivery abroad?
Due to the delicate nature of canvas prints, we currently only deliver to the UK and Ireland.

How long from ordering until I receive my canvas?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. You should therefore receive your canvas print within 2-3 working days. Should there be any delay with processing your order, we will advise you by email.

What time will my canvas arrive?
The delivery could be anytime between 9am and 5:30pm.

How do I know when my canvas has been sent to me?
You will receive an email from us when your canvas has been dispatched with tracking details.

Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?
As your canvas will arrive by courier we do require that someone is there to sign for the parcel so sometimes it may be useful to give us your work address or a friends address if you are not likely to be about during the day. If you are not in the courier firm will attempt delivery again the following day. After this attempt the canvases are returned to us and we will charge an additional postage fee to resend the canvas back to you.

How much does delivery cost?
Our standard postage price is £9.99 per order going to the same address. This price is per order, not per canvas. Therefore, for orders of more than one canvas, the delivery price is still only £9.99.

How are the canvases packed?
Ensuring your canvas reaches you in perfect condition is important to us. We first wrap your canvas in bubble wrap and then add thick protective cardboard shell to ensure that it is not damaged during transit and arrives with you in pristine condition.

What days do we dispatch orders?
We currently send items for delivery Monday-Friday.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via NoChex (our preferred payment gateway) or PayPal.

Do I have to create a an account?
Yes please this ensures if you ever wish to re-order with us all you have to do is log into your account and save time entering all the other details. Within your account, you can create and save additional delivery addresses, view your orders and orders statuses. Please note we do not store any payment details.

Is my image good enough quality to blow up onto canvas?
The software embedded in the site automatically detects the quality of the original image and only allows sizes suitable for printing.

What if I want a size that is not a standard size?
Yes, simply email us your requests and will create a custom size for you.

What is 'bleed' on a framed canvas print?
A bleed is when your image wraps around the sides of the frame. The actual picture follows all the way round. A non bleed is when the edges are left white.

How long will my Canvas Art Prints last?
According to the manufacturers of our inks, your artwork should stay fade resistant for up to 75 years. For further protection, we add a protective varinish to all canvases that enhances and protects the print further and adds even further UV protection.

How are my personal details used?
Your details will never be passed to any third party and are only used for internal order processing only.

How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain and increase the lifespan of your canvas, do not expose to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth; a light vacuum with the brush attachment will get rid of any dust on the surface.
