Archival Quality Canvas and Ultrachrome Inks
The canvas we use is a textured, bright white, consistent Poly Cotton Blend Matte Canvas. It has an acid-free, neutral pH coating and is also optical brightener additive-free ensuring that your print will remain as good as new for many years to come.
Using such as high quality canvas in conjuction with Epson Ultrachrome Inks results in accurate and vibrant colours of archival quality.

Finally, we apply a proprietary canvas varnish to protect, preserve and enhance your print. This is a non yellowing, water based canvas varnish and is a perfect solution to prolong the lifespan of the finished product. Additionally, it will protect the canvas print against moisture and abrasion.

Many of our competitors imports stretcher bars from China by boat. With the the delays involved in doing this, the supply can be become inconsistent leading some UK manufacturers to accept whatever standard of quality that becomes available.
Most of the current generation of Chinese frames are cut from either fir or pine, with pine undoubtedly giving the strongest and smoothest bar.
